Job DescriptionJob Title: QC Lab AnalystJob Description Perform analyses of Clinical Chemistry, Critical Care, Coagulation, and Microbiology controls and reagents using automated and manual techniques per SOPs, QC Monographs, and GMP standards. Conduct raw material, in-process, and finished product testing; interpret results and determine pass/fail. Maintain GMP compliant documentation and perform product stability, proficiency, environmental, and water system testing. Perform routine preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, cleaning, and equipment calibration. Execute microbial testing per SOPs and QC Monographs. Manage lab supplies, monitor storage conditions and expiration dates, and properly dispose of hazardous/biohazardous materials. Keep saved product samples organized and update charts and logs that track testing trends and routine lab records. Responsibilities • Perform analyses of Clinical Chemistry, Critical Care, Coagulation, and Microbiology controls and reagents., • Conduct raw material, in-process, and finished product testing., • Interpret test results and determine pass/fail status., • Maintain GMP compliant documentation., • Perform product stability, proficiency, environmental, and water system testing., • Conduct routine preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, cleaning, and equipment calibration., • Execute microbial testing as per SOPs and QC Monographs., • Manage laboratory supplies, monitor storage conditions, and expiration dates., • Dispose of hazardous/biohazardous materials properly., • Organize saved product samples and update charts and logs.Essential Skills, • Proficiency in laboratory techniques and biochemistry., • Experience in quality control., • BS/BA in Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, or Medical Technology., • 3 to 6 months of research experience (academic, internship, co-op, or industry)., • Knowledge of Chemistry and Microbiology., • Competence in handling lab equipment.Additional Skills & Qualifications, • BS/BA in Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, or Medical Technology.
