Utilize the Arizona Management System to track performance and implement process enhancements. Recruit and onboard team members as needed. Survey Operations & Data Management Oversee OEWS data preparation, collection, editing, and reporting in alignment with BLS standards. Coordinate communication with regional and national BLS offices regarding OEWS work statements and reporting requirements. Manage day-to-day survey operations including report tracking, schedule distribution, QA edits, data imports, and interim/final submissions. Address Refinement & Data Review Lead the address refinement process for each OEWS survey cycle, ensuring accuracy of contact information, industry classification, and business status. Initiate follow-up contacts to clarify or correct survey responses as needed. Non-Response Follow-Up Participate in and support non-response outreach efforts via phone, email, fax, and occasional on-site visits.
