Job Description BASIC FUNCTIONS Lead and direct the Quality Engineering Team, ensuring that products meet design and reliability requirements. Job Description BASIC FUNCTIONS The Operations Administrator contributes to the coordination of the Sales Department’s strategic and tactical plans. The Sales Operations Coordinator supports the Sales Operations Manager on special projects, Account Management administrative functions, processes, metrics, and training. This individual has the responsibility and authority to carry out assigned tasks. SPECIFIC DUTIES • Support special projects, such as improvement of delivery and quality metrics Support administrative activities with Sales so that Account Managers can focus on customer contacts.
