Requirements/Qualifications: • Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or other relevant degree., • Due to contracts with the United States Government, the candidate must be either a US Citizen or Green card., • 3 or more years of progressive experience in manufacturing engineering., • Experience in metal fabrication, welding and/or brazing of pressure containing products., • Experience in a highly regulated industry, such as, Military, Aerospace, Nuclear or Automotive or other similar., • Excellent people and communication skills are required (both oral and written)., • Strong interpersonal skills requiring the ability to resolve conflicting interests and obtain cooperation, • Computer literacy in a MRP system (Oracle a plus), Microsoft Office., • Able to work under pressure, • Highly technical and analytical skills such (drawings, schematics, layout), • Able to think out of box., • Project management skills, • Highly organized and efficient, • Possess leadership and interpersonal skills, • Strong problem-solving skills, • Due to ITAR Restrictions, an export license may be required.
