The Position: As the Quoting Operations Specialist, you will help manage the Quoting Operations workflows within the Lightyear platform. We’re looking for a driven, process-oriented individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality customer outcomes in a timely fashion and thinking about how to scale our quoting operations. In this role, you will report to our Head of Operations and work closely with GTM and product leadership as well. This position will be full-time and salaried with top-tier cash ($85K-$95K) and equity compensation. Actual compensation package determined by experience and fit. Key Responsibilities • Manage quoting and contracting workflows for all orders that go through the Lightyear platform, including escalations to ensure we get to the best customer outcomes, • Define new processes to support and scale quoting including onboarding new providers, ongoing operations, & reporting, • Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Sales, CS, & Product to ensure we continue to evolve our quoting workflows and platform functionality, • Define and track team and individual KPIs to ensure continuous improvement, • Oversee junior members of the team to execute relevant activities & hit key metrics Ideal Qualifications • 3+ years experience managing pricing and/or quoting & contracting at a major US-based telco carrier or aggregating entity, • Strong familiarity with the telecom industry, including the range of companies, products, and services that are offered and what are competitive price points, • High degree of comfort with setting, operating, and iterating against priority actions at scale and proactively communicate where challenges/points of escalation exist, • Strong organization, attention to detail, and people management skills / EQ, including setting KPIs, holding others accountable for performance, and influencing internal/external parties to achieve particular outcomes on short timelines, • Some proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets) GAvrq27sNf
