Job DescriptionSalary: Join Our Team at Prime Home Developmental Disabilities Services (PHDDS)! Are you a team player who enjoys helping people? If so, we want to meet you. PHDDS is currently seeking a skilled and experienced administrative assistant to join our team. In this role, you will work directly with our office staff at one of our Day Service locations to ensure that all administrative tasks are efficiently and effectively implemented. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and experience in managing details. WHO WE ARE We have four day service locations, three in Papillion and one in La Vista, each offering a unique atmosphere and a variety of programming for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Sarpy County and the Omaha Metro area. Responsibilities: • Greeting and assisting job applicants, contractors, employees, vendors, and visitors, • Answering and directing telephone calls, • Managing appointments and calendars, • Taking meeting minutes, • Prioritizing and managing multiple tasks, • Maintaining an accurate filing system, • Processing applications and managing information, • Maintaining a clean and safe work environment Qualifications: • 3-5 years of administrative support experience, • Positive work ethic and strong interpersonal skills, • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changes, • Strong organizational and time management skills, • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, • Good judgment and problem-solving skills, • Effective verbal and written communication skills, • Ability to handle confidential information, • Experience with applicant tracking software and onboarding preferred, • Experience in creating a social media presence, website (WordPress), and/or marketing preferred, • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education preferred
