Responsibilities · Provide in-home and on-site personal training sessions to clients of various fitness levels and goals. · Create personalized exercise programs utilizing the GYMGUYZ Fitness App tailored to each client's needs and preferences. · Conduct initial assessments and close initial sales. · Mentor personal trainers on the team. · Perform Reassessments and close renewal sales. · Drive new business through various marketing efforts. · Promote the GYMGUYZ brand to prospective individual and business clients. · Commute to and from client training sessions. · Maintain appointments in scheduling app. · Attend monthly team meetings and other duties as assigned. Qualifications · Nationally recognized personal training certification (e.g., ISSA, NASM, ACE, ACSM). · CPR/AED certification. · Previous sales experience in the fitness industry. · Demonstrated knowledge of exercise physiology, anatomy, and nutrition. · Willingness to travel to clients' homes and work flexible hours. · Team player or collaborative with others. · Strong professional communication and interpersonal skills. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Software Sales Representative to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving sales of our software products. You will engage with potential clients to understand their needs, present our solutions, and close deals to drive the company’s growth. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, business development, and networking. Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits and features of our software solutions. Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions that address their specific requirements. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
