We are seeking an experienced Archivist to manage and preserve both physical and digital collections, ensuring accessibility and long-term preservation. This role combines hands-on archival work with supervisory responsibilities. Responsibilities: • Evaluate, preserve, organize, and describe archival materials, including both physical and digital records., • Develop and implement archival policies, procedures and forms., • Rehouse collections, apply basic preservation techniques, and optimize storage and retrieval systems for print, photographic, and media materials., • Provide reference services, assist with research requests, and act as a resource for internal teams., • Supervise and mentor staff, interns, and volunteers; collaborate with other departments and external organizations as needed. Qualifications: • Master's in Archival Studies, Library/Information Science, History, or related field., • 3+ years of archival management experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role., • Certification as an Archivist or relevant archival credentials., • Experience with EAD, DACS, and tools such as ArchivesSpace, Archivists' Tookskit, or Preservica., • Excellent research, writing, and communication skills., • Active practicing member of the Roman Catholic faith with deep understanding of Catholic teachings and traditions.
