As the Manager of Estate Product Operations, you’ll lead the growth of two distinct product categories: Estate Jewelry and Bob’s Vintage Attic (antiques, art, and vintage home décor), connecting customers with timeless finds that keep cherished memories alive, spark joy, and inspire new traditions. In this role, you’ll oversee day-to-day operations across both departments, guiding product acquisition, pricing, inventory processing, and sales readiness. You’ll lead high-performing teams and collaborate across the business to drive sales performance and strengthen the impact of these categories. You’ll model people-first leadership rooted in Replacements’ Mission, Purpose, and values, helping shape an environment where employees thrive and customers experience meaningful connection, exceptional service, and lasting joy. What You'll Do:Product Strategy & Category Growth * Lead acquisition strategy for Estate Jewelry and Bob’s Vintage Attic (antiques, art, and vintage home décor), identifying opportunities aligned with trends, customer demand, and brand positioning * Oversee product selection and pricing to achieve sales and margin goals * Analyze industry trends and customer feedback to refine sourcing and sales strategy * Ensure compliance with international shipping laws, CITES, and other applicable regulations * Provide input into category growth plans and contribute to marketing and assortment strategies • Partner with Marketing, E-Commerce, and other departments to grow sell-through performance across auction, retail, eCommerce, and online marketplacesOperational & Inventory Leadership Guide product sourcing, appraisal, and condition assessment in collaboration with Supervisors and team members * Oversee inventory workflows to ensure timely processing, accuracy, and product readiness * Monitor performance data to optimize workflows and drive continuous improvement * Prepare and manage department budgets and operational reports * Ensure compliance with safety standards, inventory controls, and internal quality measures People Management & Leadership * Manage two department Supervisors and support their leadership of daily operations * Build, develop, and retain high-performing, inclusive teams across both departments * Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback that fosters team growth and accountability * Partner with HR on staffing, hiring, and employee relations * Ensure strong people management practices, including scheduling, timecard approval, and adherence to employment law and company policy Cross-Functional Collaboration & Customer Engagement * Partner with Marketing, E-commerce, Showroom, and other departments to support product listing, visibility, and customer experience * Participate in customer-facing efforts such as events, outreach, and relationship-building with high-value clients and consignors Skills & ExperienceProduct & Industry Expertise * Deep appreciation and understanding of estate jewelry, antiques, art, and vintage home décor * Knowledge of product value, craftsmanship, style periods, and historical significance * Ability to speak confidently and compellingly about products with a customer-focused lens * Awareness of market trends, pricing fluctuations (e.g., metals market), and competitive positioning * Skill in translating product knowledge into meaningful customer value and experiences • Demonstrated success managing sell-through performance across auction, retail, eCommerce, and online marketplaces requiredLeadership & Communication Strong team-building, coaching, and motivational skills * Ability to foster a high-performing, inclusive team environment * Demonstrated emotional intelligence and sound judgment * Clear and confident communicator in both individual and group settings * Commitment to exceptional service for internal and external customers * Alignment with Replacements’ leadership values and professional standards Operational & Technical Skills * Proven planning, organizational, and follow-through capabilities * Ability to manage competing priorities in a high-volume environment with accuracy and attention to detail * Familiarity with inventory workflows and retail/resale operations * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) * Comfort using internal inventory systems, digital platforms, and analytics tools Physical Requirements & Availability * Ability to frequently lift/move up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds * Willingness to work weekends and special events as needed * Commitment to following all safety regulations related to equipment use and handling Qualifications:Required * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Art History, Decorative Arts, or a related field; or equivalent experience with a strong background in product sourcing, appraisal, or operational leadership * Proven ability to develop and execute purchasing strategies, drive sales, and manage product flow * Demonstrated success leading teams, including coaching, performance management, and cultivating inclusive team cultures * Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort working in inventory or POS systems * Ability to lift/move up to 25 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally * Availability to work weekends or special events, as needed Preferred * 5+ years of experience in an auction house, gallery, estate sales, or similar environment involving product sourcing, appraisal, pricing, and resale * Experience managing resale operations within the estate, vintage, or antiques market * Gemological or antiques appraisal training or certification About Us: Replacements, Ltd. believes in helping people create moments that matter.
