Responsibilities include but not limited to: Accepting new referrals from intake and staffing new referrals in a timely manner Collaborate with Human Resource to staff and schedule clients in need of home care services. Maintain rapport and constant communication with referral sources, caregivers, clients and families. Oversee client care by conducting scheduled and unscheduled home and virtual visits with clients and caregivers. Staffing and scheduling assigned caseload.
