Live Sales Shows (Approx. 4 Hours Per Shift) 2. • Host dynamic and engaging live shows featuring our apparel, shoes, and accessories. 3. • Present merchandise in an informative and appealing way, highlighting key features and special promotions. 4. • Interact with viewers in real-time, answering questions and creating a fun and interactive shopping experience. 5. • Ensure smooth and professional execution of the live stream. 6. Order Fulfillment (Approx. 4 Hours Per Shift) 7. • Prepare items sold during the live show for shipping. 8. • Carefully package each item to ensure safe delivery to customers. 9. • Organize and label packages to streamline the shipping process. 10. • Maintain an accurate record of orders processed and packed. Schedule: • Hours: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM • Days: Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday/Friday (Exact days to be confirmed). Compensation: • $15/hour- up to $20/hour (depending on the performance) , paid at the end of each month. • A two-week trial period to assess performance and fit. • Additional compensation in high-end merchandise, ensuring every team member feels valued and appreciated. Requirements: • Must be responsible, dependable, and detail-oriented. • Comfortable hosting live shows and interacting with an online audience. • Strong organizational skills to efficiently prepare and package orders. • Prior experience in retail, sales, or hosting is a plus but not required. • Friendly, professional, and enthusiastic personality.
