Job Description Job Title: Full-Time/Part-Time Night Auditor Job Overview: We are seeking diligent and detail-oriented Night Auditors to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment during nighttime hours. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for managing the front desk, processing guest payments, and balancing daily financial records. This position is available as both full-time and part-time, offering flexibility to accommodate different schedules. Key Responsibilities: • Perform check-ins and check-outs for guests, ensuring a high level of customer service., • Reconcile and complete all daily front desk transactions., • Verify and balance entries and records of financial transactions post-business hours., • Prepare and distribute daily reports and ensure accuracy of financial statements., • Address guest inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner., • Monitor building security and respond to any emergency situations appropriately., • Maintain a clean and organized work environment., • Assist with other administrative duties as required by management. Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality or accounting is a plus., • Proven experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry preferred., • Strong mathematical and problem-solving skills., • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills., • Proficient in using hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite., • Ability to work independently with a strong sense of responsibility., • Flexibility to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
