POSITION SUMMARY: The Accounting Specialist is responsible for handling day-to-day accounting duties, including accounts payable and accounts receivable. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: · Full cycle accounts payable. Enter and code vendor invoices, issue payments, and maintain detailed records for all companies. · Create, verify, and send revenue billing. Ensure billing invoices are complete and customer rates are accurate. · Correspond with customers and vendors by researching and responding to inquiries and disputes. · Enter daily bank transactions and reconcile. · Perform other duties as assigned to support the accounting department. · Manage and prioritize work tasks to meet deadlines. · Work professionally and efficiently with all levels of personnel, at both home office and field locations.
