Do you know that joy you feel when you enter a clean room? That’s what we want for our customers., • Cleaning around the property and office is also part of it. This is not just for the customers; you also deserve to work in a clean environment., • Some customers like to pay with cash, so you will have to drive to the bank to make deposits., • Some boring (or not) paperwork like auction files, tenant letters, reports and other office activities. What do we need from you? • You may be responsible for multiple stores and making trips to the bank so reliable transportation and a valid driver's license is required., • A year of experience in the Storage Rental Industry would be great, but we are not picky, so if you have a couple of years in Customer Service Management, this should be an easy transition for you., • Our schedule is a little bit different, so to make this work you need to be available for business hours from Monday-Saturday, including weekends and Holidays as needed. Our properties are open Monday through Friday from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM, and on Saturdays from 9:30 AM to 4:00 PM. We are closed on Sundays., • You don’t need to be tech savvy, but computers are everywhere these days, so proficiency in Microsoft Office is necessary., • You will be working alone or in a small team most of the time, so we hope that’s something you look forward to it., • Cleaning and maintaining the property requires some physical activities, so make sure you are able to lift up to 50 lbs. as well as push, pull, bend and lift.
