Shield HealthCare is looking for a Branch (Area) Manager to oversee the overall sales, operations, and daily staff activities of our Fresno, CA sales office. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: • Achieve sales, expense, and operating income budget, • Supervision and direction of office staff to include interviews, selection, training, disciplinary action, and terminations, • Conduct monthly Quality Control reviews and review with CSRs, • Responsible for Sales Office semi-annual business plan, • Develops and implements sales office budget semi annually, • Implements corporate sales strategies with quantifiable objectives specific to the market, • Participate in community organizations to enhance SHC’s visibility, • Understand competitive forces and develops strategies to overcome them, • Maintain sales coverage for vacant sales territories, • Bachelor’s degree, • 3+ years customer service supervisor/management experience, • Proven track record of achieving sales, expense, and operating income budgets, • Sales aptitude and problem resolution, • Experience with financial planning and budget issues, • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, • Capable of building effective sales teams within the sales location and achieving success in a fast-paced, changing industry, • Familiarity with managed care and third-party programs preferred SALARY & BENEFITS: • Base salary of $70-85k plus generous biannual bonus opportunities, • Medical, Dental and Vision (Eligible first day of employment), • Flexible Spending Account, • Life & Disability Insurance, • 401(k) with Company Match, • Vacation and Sick Days, • Paid Holidays, • Education Assistance

We are seeking a Bookkeeper to join our fast growing Professional Services department. As a crucial member of our dynamic team, your primary role will be to serve as a full charge bookkeeper to our moderate complex Medium customers, collaborating with the customers to ensure the accuracy and currency of their financial records and exceptional customer experience. If you excel in collaborative problem solving and are passionate about bookkeeping, technology, and customer services, this position is an excellent fit for you. What will you be doing (your role)? • Manage full cycle of bookkeeping services for multiple Medium customers concurrently, including data entry, reconciliations, payroll, donations and periodic accounting clean-up as necessary, • Each team member generally handles 20 - 30+ clients, • Deliver an average billable utilization of 70%, • Understand organizational needs and provide valuable feedback, proposing solutions to enhance information clarity, • Maintain a high customer net promoter score (9 or 10) by building positive relationships with the customer, communicating proactively, and providing quality and satisfactory services., • Adhere to established processes to ensure robust financial controls are in place, • Identify areas for process improvement, actively participating in collaborative knowledge-sharing with teammatesWhat we're looking for (requirements):, • 3-5 years of experience in full charge bookkeeping, • A degree in accounting, finance or business, • Good knowledge of accounting principles and nonprofit bookkeeping practice, • Great knowledge and experience with Aplos or other accounting software, • Proficient in computer skills, with strong command of Microsoft Excel, • Ability to establish and maintain strong customer relationships, • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, • Ability to work efficiently with strict deadlines, • Proven experience working in a team oriented environment 💵 Salary – $22/hr for US candidates and $50,000 - $60,000 for Canadian candidates. Outpatient Pediatric position - $300,000 - $315,000 Base Salary 2 hours East from San Diego, CA. Base salary is guaranteed with no production measures. Group is very negotiable on the salary, sign-on bonus, and relocation bonus.
