Copay is currently looking to hire a Financial Operations Analyst with our growing Banking and Financial operations team. This position falls under our Corporate Services line of business and is located in Richmond, VA or Beaverton, OR on a hybrid basis. As the Financial Operations Analyst you will be providing analytical, treasury, and operational support across daily cash movement processes. Focus areas include cash position monitoring, exception analysis, reconciliation accuracy, funding validation, and performance reporting. Partnering with Treasury and Operations to ensure liquidity integrity, improve banking workflows, and strengthen financial controls. You will report directly to the Manager Financial Operations and regularly collaborate with the wider banking and financial operations, Treasury and F&A teams. As the Financial Operations Analyst, you will be expected to work in a hybrid office environment. Copay will set you up for success by providing: • Assigned workspace in Richmond, VA or Beaverton, OR on a hybrid basis., • Company-issued equipment., • Formal, hands-on training., • Perform daily cash position analysis, funding confirmation review, and reconciliation validation across payment channels., • Monitor NOCs, returns, stale checks, and banking exceptions; recommend corrective actions and preventive controls., • Analyze operational KPIs and treasury performance data; produce reporting and insights for management., • Support banking platform maintenance, access controls, and transaction audit trails., • Evaluate and optimize workflows connected to batch processing, funding files, and bank transactions., • Assist with policy updates, internal control testing, audit support, and procedure documentation.
