These programs drive the client’s flexible load strategy in support of Oregon’s clean energy future. This role ensures program success through strategic development, implementation oversight, vendor performance management, and continuous improvement aligned with corporate goals, regulatory expectations, and customer needs.Department SummaryThe Customer Programs Implementation Team oversees implementation of flexible load customer programs, including demand response initiatives. The team steers the evolution of pilots and programs to meet goals of the Clean Energy Plan (CEP), Integrated Resource Plan (IRP), and increasing requirements for flexible grid capacity to support decarbonization. This group collaborates cross-functionally to develop program roadmaps supporting customer service, business objectives, and regulatory commitments.Job Function SummaryThe Program Manager leads the implementation strategy, roadmap, and operational management of flexible load solutions for commercial and industrial customers. This position requires specialized expertise in program strategy, performance analytics, and cross-department collaboration.
