Responsibilities • Design, implement, and maintain integrations between Opal and enterprise SaaS platforms using iPaaS tools (Workato preferred)., • Participate in customer-facing discovery and design sessions to assess integration scope, feasibility, and effort., • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues using diagnostic tools such as curl, Postman, and API logs., • Ensure authentication flows (OAuth, tokens, client IDs/secrets) are implemented and maintained securely., • Proactively monitor integration performance and reliability., • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to align on customer needs and deliver successful integration outcomes., • Document integration designs, configurations, and troubleshooting steps for both internal teams and external stakeholders.
