Job Description We're hiring a senior Splunk Consultant to design, implement, and optimise observability solutions for enterprise clients. This is a client-facing consulting role where you'll work across complex environments, helping organisations gain deeper visibility into their systems, improve reliability, and accelerate incident response through the Splunk Observability Cloud suite. You'll collaborate with client engineering, SRE, and platform teams to shape observability strategies, deliver hands-on implementations, and guide clients on best practices in telemetry, monitoring, and performance analytics. Key Responsibilities: • Lead the design and delivery of observability solutions using Splunk Observability Cloud (Infrastructure Monitoring, APM, RUM, Log Observer, and On-Call), • Partner with clients to assess existing observability maturity, define requirements, and recommend improvements, • Implement and integrate Splunk observability tooling with cloud-native and hybrid environments (AWS, Azure, GCP), • Work closely with SRE, DevOps, and Platform Engineering teams to define SLIs/SLOs and enable proactive detection and incident response, • Deliver workshops, documentation, and enablement sessions to upskill client teams and drive adoption, • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and refine observability accelerators, templates, and best practices, • Act as a trusted advisor, providing technical leadership and thought partnership throughout project lifecyclesWhat You Need:, • Strong hands-on experience with Splunk Observability Cloud and the broader Splunk ecosystem (ITSI, ES, SOAR), • Solid understanding of observability pillars: logs, metrics, traces, and digital experience monitoring, • Deep knowledge of cloud-native and containerised architectures (Kubernetes, microservices, serverless), • Familiarity with telemetry standards such as OpenTelemetry, • Experience with other tooling highly desireable, such as AppDynamics, ThousandEyes, Elastic, Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or Dynatrace, • Experience integrating observability into CI/CD pipelines and reliability workflows, • Excellent client-facing and communication skills able to translate technical insights into business value, • Splunk Certifications (e.g. Splunk O11y Certified Admin, Consultant, Architect or Observability Cloud Practitioner) are highly desirable; a willingness to certify if not already qualified is expected, • Previous consulting or professional services experience preferredWhats on Offer:, • Remote-first with occasional client travel, • Exposure to enterprise-scale observability and reliability transformation projects, • Funded Splunk certifications and ongoing training support, • Comprehensive benefits including healthcare, retirement plans, and unlimited PTO

Job Overview: The National Training Manager supports Agents, OEM, Consolidator and other related dealership personnel and field staff by providing Safe-Guard and branded F&I Training. Job Responsibilities: • Support all assigned client training requests, • Deliver training through a variety of mediums: University / Academy classes, Train the Trainer classes, Virtual Webinars, etc., • Coordinate with Safe-Guard Sales and Marketing Team, Agents, Field Staff, OEM and Consolidators for training dates and topics, • Lead sessions that teach the F&I interview / menu sales process as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for F&I training development, • Assist in the content development for new and existing training curriculum, • Facilitates training events nationwide including:, • Multi-day training workshops i.e. “Performance Workshops”, • Train-the-Trainer workshops, • Ride-along and In-dealership coaching sessions, • One-Day/Half-Day Training Events, • Virtual Training, • Consultant for new projects & initiatives (LMS, new curriculum etc.), • Training liaison to field teams, • Acts as dealership SME for external/internal training content development, • Updates training materials as needed, • Training Project Liaison, • 5+ years of experience as a Trainer and F&I Manager, • 5+ years of Automotive Industry Experience, • Operations Training experience is a plus, • Ability and willingness to travel approximately 70% or more, • Problem solving skills while maintaining a positive attitude, • Ability to use multiple platforms to deliver content remotely, • Outstanding time management and organizational skills, • Ability to facilitate a session training F&I products & process, • Professional automotive industry recognitions, certifications or awards is a plus, • Must be authorized to work in US At Safe-Guard, your career is what you make it.
