Job DescriptionDescription: Butcher and Hotline Cook We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Butcher and Hotline Cook to join our culinary team. This dual-role position offers an exciting opportunity for a versatile professional to contribute to our high-quality food service operation. Key Responsibilities: • Prepare and cut meats according to specified standards at our commissary kitchen for catering unit and our other 3 restaurant locations to ensuring quality and presentation, • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the butcher station and storage areas, • Assist in inventory management and stock rotation of meat products, • Cook and serve food items promptly on the hotline, ensuring consistency and quality, • Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times, • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during operation hours Skills and Qualifications: • Proven experience as a butcher or meat cutter preferred, • Previous experience in a hotline or line cook role is advantageous, • Knowledge of meat cuts, preparation techniques, and food safety standards, • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends Joining our team means becoming part of a company that values quality, craftsmanship, and a positive work environment.
