Job Description Growing and highly stable company has an immediate need for a Customer Service/Call Center Representative to work as a first responder with external customers. In this role, you must have experience working in a high-volume call center environment, handling around 40 instances a day via phone, chat, and email promptly and professionally. Duties include general customer service, troubleshooting issues, resolving delivery miscues, answering questions about the customer's account, etc. You must be able to clear a drug and background screening. Position Summary We are looking for reliable and customer-focused Call Center Representatives to handle incoming and outgoing calls, assist with customer inquiries, and ensure every interaction is positive and professional.
