Job Description Physician -Part time and Full Time • Salary Range: $216,000 - $324,355 annually, based on relevant years of experience, • Location: Fort Collins, Colorado Role Overview: Responsible for providing direct professional services in the evaluation and treatment of clients in outpatient environment at a community mental health center. The primary focus of this position will be mental health; substance use and physical health as it relates to clients.
