Job DescriptionAutomotive Technician — $32–$45/hrJob Description We’re looking for a skilled Automotive Technician with strong engine repair and diagnostic experience. If you know your way around scan tools, engine rebuilds, and general auto repair, this is a high‑volume shop where you can stay busy and grow. Responsibilities • Diagnose engine issues using scan tools and diagnostic equipment, • Repair or replace damaged engine components, • Perform full engine rebuilds and overhauls, • Test and verify repair quality, • Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning vehicles, • Use hand tools and power tools dailyQualifications, • 2+ years’ experience (GM dealership preferred), • Strong engine repair & diagnostic abilities, • Able to lift 100 lbs (50 lbs overhead), • Able to bend, kneel, climb, and work on your feet, • Clean driving record, • Own automotive tools (built‑in toolbox provided), • High School Diploma or GED, • Positive, team‑oriented attitudeBenefits, • $32–$45/hr based on experience, • Flexible first‑shift schedules: 7–4, 8–5, 9–6, or four 10‑hour days, • Modern, high‑volume dealership with steady workflow, • Paid vacation, • Medical & Dental insurance, • 401(k), • Paid training, • Overtime available Market leading compensation – bonus opportunities – standardized compensation grids based on experience, training level, attendance, and production.
