Minimum Required Duties (All Roles) • Ensure the safety, supervision, and well-being of children at all times, • Follow Colorado Child Care Licensing regulations, school policies, and procedures, • Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical conduct, • Communicate respectfully with children, families, and team members, • Support a clean, safe, and welcoming learning environment, • Participate in required trainings, meetings, and professional development, • Model kindness, integrity, and collaboration within the school community Requirements Minimum State Requirements for All Staff • Ability to pass background checks required by the State of Colorado, • Willingness to complete required health, safety, and licensing trainings, • Feel joy and responsibility in working with young children, • Are reflective, curious, and open to learning and growth, • Value collaboration, professionalism, and kindness, • Appreciate structure and creativity, • Are inspired by Montessori philosophy, nature-based learning, or whole-child education, • Are seeking a workplace where your voice, growth, and well-being matter Nice To Haves We know great educators come from many paths.
