Pencil and structure car deals
Lead and organize a sales team, providing consistent training
Lead and support the management staff, explaining production reports
Provide experienced perspective and help grow a team in areas of opportunity
Provide energy and a positive attitude to set the tone for the team
Manage inventory, daily tasks of team, and manufacturer specific programs
Evaluate trades, interact with service managers, and prepare inventory to sell
Establish and maintain good working relationships with client base
