A clean, well-presented lot creates trust and increases sales. Job SummaryWe are looking for a Dealership Lot Porter to join our team. If you’ve got a good driving record, a positive attitude, and a love of cars, this could be the position for you. As a Dealership Lot Porter, you will manage the service stalls in our parking lot. You’ll manage the flow of customer vehicles, provide basic cleaning services, and respond to customer requests with an aim toward customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Morning Lot Setup (Start-of-Day) • Walk the lot and report any overnight issues (damage, dead batteries, missing keys, messy presentation), • Move the blocker truck to the street (per management direction), • Move 3 featured vehicles to street display for drive-by traffic, • ○ Ensure price stickers are visible on street cars for advertising, • Confirm featured street cars look clean and presentable Battery & “Ready-To-Start” Standard (Trickle Charger System), • Set up trickle chargers at the start of the day (charger supports up to 4 cars at a time), • Rotate charging through inventory vehicles to keep batteries strong and cars ready to start, • Mid-day (after lunch): move the charger setup and continue cycling cars, • End of day: put chargers away properly and neatly Lot Presentation & Frontline Readiness, • You’ll help ensure vehicles look “frontline-ready,” including:, • Cars are clean and presentable (basic wipe-down/rinse as assigned), • Buyer’s Guide is visible when required, • Dealer price sticker is visible and clearly shows price/options/miles as directed, • Windows are clean and free of unnecessary stickers, • When assigned by Inventory Manager / Sales Management, you may:, • Assist with vendor drop-offs/pickups (smog, safety inspection, repairs, body shop, upholstery), • Keep clear notes of vehicle location and status for the team, • Escalate anything unusual immediately (new damage, warning lights, drivability issues) 6) Photo Day Support / Merchandising Support, • Help stage cars for photography (clean, lined up, ready), • Confirm cars are clean and presentable before photos, • Report photo issues you notice (dirty car, missing angles, bad presentation) Requirements, • Valid driver’s license and clean driving habits, • Able to be on your feet, outdoors, and moving vehicles all day, • Reliable transportation to and from work, • Willingness to follow process and accept coaching, • Detail-oriented and safety-focused
