Job Description Orthopedic Spine Surgeon – Elective Practice | Private Group Location: Gilbert, Arizona Position Type: Full-Time Practice Model: 100% Elective Spine Surgery Travel: None Position Overview A respected, physician-owned orthopedic group in Gilbert, Arizona is seeking a fellowship-trained Orthopedic Spine Surgeon to join its established surgical team. This full-time position is focused entirely on elective spine procedures, offering autonomy, stability, and a supportive environment designed for long-term professional success. The practice follows an integrated care model featuring on-site imaging, physical therapy, and advanced practice provider (APP) support, ensuring coordinated care and operational efficiency. With a robust referral network and consistent case flow, this role is ideal for a spine surgeon who values independence and predictability without trauma or emergency responsibilities.
