As a Graphic Designer at PINWEAR, you will be responsible for creating and designing graphics, logos, and branding materials. You will collaborate with our clients to understand their design needs and create visually appealing designs that align with their brand identity. In addition, you will also be responsible for typography and ensuring that all designs are visually appealing and appealing and aesthetically pleasing. We offer an array of traditional southern dishes and are known for our oyster selection. We pride ourselves with offering a dining experience that consist of freshly prepared food. We are looking for a line cook that not only can follow recipes but loves to cook and is creative. Someone that is constantly thinking of ways to enhance the experience and is conscious of costs. Line Cook Qualifications •Someone that is constantly thinking of ways to enhance the experience and is conscious of costs •Knowledge of health and safety rules in a kitchen •Knowledge of cooking techniques •Knowledge is southern cuisine (low country) •Works well with others •Organizational skills •Attention to detail •Ability to work under pressure •Very good physical condition and endurance •Food Handlers Certificate is a must •Training from a culinary school is an asset •Proven experience as a prep cook and line cook Responsibilities •Perform routine kitchen tasks •Follow the prep list created to prepare dishes •Label and stock all ingredients on shelves so they can be organized and easily accessible •Maintain the cleanliness of refrigerators and freezers •Measure ingredients and seasonings to be used in cooking •Prepare cooking ingredients by washing and chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and other meal prep •Set up workstations and ingredients so that food can be prepared according to recipes •Undertake cooking duties, from simple to complex cooking techniques •Someone knowledgeable with the science and techniques with cooking •Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen by washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces •Ensure that all food and other items are stored properly •Comply with nutrition and sanitation guidelines •Perform other kitchen duties as assigned •Perform and cook on the line when needed •Work hours for this job will be performed during the weekends Saturday and Sunday starting at 8AM Responsibilities also include: Ensure that all food and other items are stored properly.
