The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, precision in craftsmanship, and the ability to work efficiently with different molding materials and challenging angles. • Handle inside and outside corners using miter and coping techniques.
• Ensure accurate alignment and smooth finishes for a professional look.
• Adjust for uneven surfaces and non-standard angles.
• Use and maintain tools, including miter saws, coping saws, nail guns, and levels.
• Apply caulking and assist with painting or finishing as needed.
• Communicate effectively with clients and project managers to ensure project requirements are met.
