Position Summary: The Administrative Assistant oversees the day-to-day operations and long-term planning of the early childhood program. Responsibilities include staff management, family communication, and ensuring a high-quality learning environment. Key Responsibilities: Program Management: Ensure daily operations comply with licensing regulations and maintain a safe, nurturing environment. Provide occasional classroom coverage and after-care support. Staff Management: Supervise and mentor staff, coordinate scheduling, and organize training sessions. Parent Communication: Maintain strong family relationships, provide program updates, and organize parent events. Manage social media accounts. Enrollment & Recruitment: Collaborate on student enrollment, conduct tours, and maintain student records. Administrative: Oversee purchasing, manage records, and ensure regulatory compliance. Support the student in developing and practicing appropriate social skills and behaviors in various settings. Provide personal care and assistance to the student as needed, including toileting, feeding, and mobility support. Job Title: Care Coordinator HH+ Department: BCM/HHCC Reports to: Division 3 Director A care coordinator for behavioral health is a liaison between the client and other health care team members to make sure that the treatment plan put in place by the care team is working effectively for all involved. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: Coordinates care for a caseload of 30-40 members & maintain monthly contact. Creating behavioral health goals for the client, conduct member engagement including face to face, mail, and telephone contact. Documenting progress notes and assessments monthly, record client progress according to measurable goals described in his/her care plan. Developing a treatment plan with other care team members, Assessing and screening clients Helping clients reach out to community resources Coordinating the care with other care team members & collaborate to evaluate members' medical and behavioral health condition. Staff Qualifications HH+ A Master’s degree in one of the qualifying fields and one (1) year of Experience; OR A Bachelor’s degree in one of the qualifying fields and two (2) years of Experience; OR A Credentialed Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Counselor (CASAC) and two (2) years of Experience; OR A Bachelor’s degree or higher in ANY field with either: three (3) years of Experience, or two (2) years of experience as a Health Home care manager serving the SMI or SED population. Experience shall consist of: Providing direct services to people with Serious Mental Illness, developmental disabilities, alcoholism or substance abuse, and/or children with SED; OR Linking individuals with Serious Mental Illness, children with SED, developmental disabilities, and/or alcoholism or substance abuse to a broad range of services essential to successful living in a community setting (e.g. medical, psychiatric, social, educational, legal, housing and financial services).
