Job DescriptionDescriptionThe Territory Manager position is responsible for managing and growing sales of pet products to retailers and distributors in the Independent Retail Market channel within a specific regional territory. This person represents and sells numerous manufacturers’ products. The territory manager will achieve sales success by building relationships with store decision makers, providing product knowledge and training to store associates; as well as attending various trade shows and other related functions. The role is conducted in the field and has a significant amount of weekly travel.
