Job Description Job Description and Qualifications: Customer Service provides leadership and oversight to ensure efficient, high-quality customer service while working closely with the Shipping Department to meet all customer requirements for key accounts such as Toyota and Honda. This position requires a bilingual professional capable of managing varying shifts based on business needs, monitoring team performance, coordinating workflows, handling service orders and customer complaints and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The role involves training staff, analyzing operations, planning resources, and collaborating across departments to ensure on-time, accurate shipments, compliance with internal and external audit requirements, and alignment with company goals. Required Skills and Education Requirements: The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and team management abilities, with experience motivating, training, and developing staff, along with excellent customer service and problem-solving skills. They must be bilingual (English/Spanish) and able to communicate effectively with internal and external customers. A solid understanding of shipping, logistics, and warehouse operations is essential, including coordinating with customer needs, production and shipping teams. The role requires proficiency in computer systems, O365, data entry, reporting, and process analysis, as well as knowledge of continuous improvement principles (Kaizen) and process standardization. Candidates must be highly organized, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities, work flexible shifts, and ensure compliance with company and audit requirements while maintaining a focus on quality, accuracy, and timely shipments.
