There will be so many ways that you will be helpful: Preparing classroom materials and setting up learning centers Assisting with lesson plans and activities, including leading small group activities Directing school activities such as arts and crafts Supervising children during playtime and transitions Providing individual support to children who need extra help Observing and documenting children's progress Maintaining a safe and clean classroom environment Communicating with parents and teachers regarding children's need Watching students during school drop-off and pick-up times. As an educator and coordinator, repetition, follow through, and anticipation skills are key.
