Key Responsibilities Your mission will be to champion a beautiful, organized, and functional home environment. Responsibilities include: • Home Presentation & Organization:, • Perform a daily "home reset" for primary living areas, ensuring a tidy and welcoming space (e.g., folding throws, arranging cushions, clearing surfaces)., • Oversee all aspects of wardrobe and linen care: managing all household laundry (wash, dry, expertly fold/hang, put away) with precision., • Ensure all household "satellite" supplies (paper goods, hand soaps, tissues) are consistently stocked., • Household Operations & Maintenance:, • Manage light housekeeping on weeks the professional cleaning service is not scheduled (e.g., maintaining floors, watering plants, wiping down high-touch surfaces)., • Conduct thorough monthly maintenance, such as a full refrigerator clean-out and carpet shampooing., • Orchestrate all household logistics, including receiving and breaking down packages, processing returns, and managing trash and recycling., • Coordinate and manage vehicle care, such as taking cars for cleanings or service appointments., • Run miscellaneous household errands as needed., • Pet Care:, • Provide loving support for our four pets, including monthly dog baths and occasional high-energy walks or park visits for the dogs., • Proactive Support (As Needed):, • Anticipate household needs, proactively identifying and reporting any maintenance issues (e.g., leaks, burnt-out bulbs)., • Act as the home liaison for vendors (e.g., bi-weekly cleaners, landscapers, HVAC), providing access and light supervision as needed., • Clean floors on cleaners off week, • Water plants on cleaner weeks, • Wipe down things like fridge, windows, siding, • Shampoo carpet monthly, • Wash dogs monthly, • Take out trash and recycling/break down boxes, • Pick up poop in yard/ empty littler box Who You Are • A True Professional: You are the definition of reliability, discretion, and trustworthiness.
