Minimum of 5 years’ experience working with people with intellectual/developmental disabilities including individual support plan development, program monitoring, and behavioral plan development experience preferred in residential settings. A minimum of two years additional experience in a residential program. A minimum of 3 years supervisory/management experience in a residential program. Minimum 21 years of age as mandated by the Community Care Manual.
