Job Summary We are looking for a talented Analytics Engineer to join our team as an Analyst. As an Analyst, you will work closely with our team of analytics engineers to design and develop advanced analytics solutions for our private equity-backed portfolio company clients. You will assist in understanding their business needs and developing tailored analytics solutions. Our Value Creation & Analytics practice is built around three primary circles: Technical Mastery (Astradis), Business Operations, and Client Success. Technical Mastery leverages our Astradis platform to centralize data and deliver actionable insights. Business Operations focuses on data-driven process optimization and performance monitoring to enhance operational efficiency. Client Success ensures value realization through proactive partnership, measurable ROI, and continual improvement. Core Responsibilities Technical Implementation and Value Creation • Design, develop, and optimize complex enterprise data models to solve operational and financial business problems • Build and maintain ELT processes while ensuring data quality and pipeline performance • Transform raw data into structured datasets using SQL and other data manipulation tools • Develop high-quality, visually appealing reports and dashboards that communicate complex analytics insights • Identify key performance indicators and analyze data to drive business improvements • Support data warehouses and cloud platforms while implementing data governance policies Client Engagement • Translate business needs into exploratory data analysis programs • Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical client executives • Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients and internal stakeholders • Present analytics findings in a manner that is accessible and actionable for senior executives • Participate actively in client meetings and contribute meaningfully to project deliverables Project Management • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously • Prioritize tasks efficiently to meet project deadlines • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineers, data scientists, and AI engineers • Contribute to process improvements that increase team efficiency and productivity • Stay current with industry trends and apply emerging best practices to client solutions Career Development Opportunities As an Analyst, you will be a key contributor to our platform deployment and value creation delivery, product and solution innovation, and practice development.
