You will drive new opportunities, forge bold partnerships, and shape go-to-market strategies in priority verticals. This role blends hands-on execution with strategic vision, delivering short-term wins while laying the foundation for long-term growth. You will design the engine, lead the charge, and motivate those around you while keeping your eyes fixed on outcomes. You know how to engage C-level leaders and win trust., • Data-savvy and CRM-fluent (Zoho, HubSpot, etc.), able to combine analytics with gut instincts., • Entrepreneurial, adaptable, and aligned with CareGuide’s mission to revolutionize healthcare savings. Lead the full sales cycle from outreach to closing deals, and drive net new revenue across high-value verticals (non-major-med, health-shares, MEC plans, large self-insured employers, associations, tribal nations, franchises)., • Build momentum. Create and manage a strong pipeline, advancing opportunities with speed, persuasion, and relentless focus on results., • Expand the map. Penetrate new markets, identify emerging opportunities, and raise CareGuide’s profile through events, partnerships, and thought leadership., • Shape the playbook. Design the systems, tools, and scalable processes that will become the backbone of CareGuide’s sales function., • Influence the future. Partner with the CEO and senior leaders on pricing models, go-to-market strategies, and revenue direction., • Lead with intuition and data. Motivate those around you, persuade those you engage, and make sharp strategic calls using a mix of instinct and key metrics, sales enablement materials are impactful and aligned with client needs.
