What will my responsibilities include? • Sets-up and operates conventional and/or up to 5 axis CNC machines. Able to review printed work order and complete manufacturing process with little to no supervision., • Determines specifications or procedures for tooling requirements, set up procedures, machine operation, work-piece dimensions or numerical control sequences using blueprints, instructions and machine knowledge., • Assists in training and mentoring employees needing assistance when necessary. The CNC Machine Operator will be responsible for performing various tasks including installing programs onto the Machines, working directly with the Manufacturing Engineering team in reporting, diagnosing and resolving possible machine program issues as well as being highly proficient in set up, operating, monitoring, troubleshooting and performing preventive maintenance on assigned machines.
