The Coach – Youth Sports will lead in teaching the assigned sport(s). The Coach is responsible for ensuring the safety of the students enrolled in his/her sport, must be knowledgeable about all aspects of coaching multiple age groups and must encourage the highest standards of conduct and scholastic achievement among all athletes. This part-time role may require evening and weekend availability. Job DescriptionThe Fitness Coach is responsible for ensuring a positive customer experience and delivering great member service and Private Training. Coaches are responsible for the successful attainment of revenue goals pertaining to Private Training and Supplements. This position requires a minimum of one day on the weekend. What You'll Be Doing Sales Leadership & Team Development • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of outside sales representatives to achieve individual and team performance goals., • Conduct regular ride-alongs and field coaching sessions to improve sales effectiveness, objection handling, and closing techniques., • Facilitate daily team meetings, training sessions, role-plays, and one-on-one coaching conversations., • Foster a culture of accountability, customer service, and continuous improvement. Recruiting & Talent Acquisition. • Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new sales representatives., • Maintain a strong candidate pipeline to support ongoing hiring needs and growth initiatives., • Develop team members into top performers while identifying future leadership potential. Sales Execution & Revenue Growth • Utilize a consultative sales approach to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate service solutions., • Support the team in overcoming objections and communicating value effectively., • Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline while ensuring consistent prospecting activity., • Drive new customer acquisition through direct field engagement and local networking efforts. What We're Looking For Required • 3+ years of outside, direct, or field sales experience., • 2+ years of leadership experience managing a field-based sales team., • Proven ability to coach, motivate, and develop sales professionals., • Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills., • Experience managing performance metrics, KPIs, and sales reporting., • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills., • Proficiency with CRM systems, Excel, and sales technology tools., • Valid driver's license and willingness to spend significant time in the field.
