Job Description Job Summary Under the supervision of the Resource Program Manager the Relief Staff will be responsible for providing direct supervision of youth at Urban Peak Denver shelter and/or housing programs. We serve people across the lifespan, working through a trauma-informed, strengths-based, relational, culturally attuned, and community responsive lens. The position provides outpatient therapy across the lifespan to children, youth, adults, couples, and families. These services are uniquely tailored to the needs of each individual or family being served. This position provides a wide range of interventions that include (but are not limited to): diagnostic mental health assessments; individual, family, play, couples, and group psychotherapy; connection to case management support and psychiatric services; crisis intervention; coordination and ongoing communication with appropriate collaterals. The individuals and families we work with present with a broad range of bio-psycho-social and mental health needs including trauma, depression, anxiety, attachment, family dynamics, and substance use, among others.
