What We Have For You: As a rapidly growing, full-service real estate firm, we offer services in commercial property management, residential property management, association management, commercial sales & leasing, residential home sales, and business sales. Your exposure to All Things Real Estate will give you a broad understanding of a dynamic, multi-entity business and the opportunity to make a true impact at the leadership level. The Scope of Work • Identify needed supplies missing from inventory and request purchase, • Ensure venue flips are completed with consistent standards for each event, • Utilize software and systems to ensure smooth operations and enhance customer experience., • Communicate with local catering, rental, entertainment and event planning companies., • Oversee and find causal event staff, • Manage all incoming and out-going payments, • Create event proposals for potential customers to include room layout and floorplans, • Coordinate cleaning and security schedule for events, • Perform marketing efforts, such as social media and marketing events, • Identify and implement physical improvement and additional revenue opportunities, • Advertise, tour, and sell venue for available dates, • Maintain processes for quick and enticing lead-follow up with action-oriented steps, • Ensure we are providing the highest quality of customer service on event day, • Maintain regular contact with clients throughout the event process in order to solidify event details and maintain a positive client relationship, • Must have excellent interpersonal skills, a positive attitude and a customer service spirit., • Ability to maintain confidentiality, sensitivity and professionalism., • Ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, and weekends, • Above average written and oral communication, organizational and multi-tasking skills., • Proficient problem solving and analytical skills., • Ability to keep track of many details involved in the successful execution of events, • Experience coordinating meetings, banquets, and weddings in a hotel or multi-purpose facility preferred, • Ability to maintain effective client communications in pressure situations, • Self-disciplined and motivated to achieve., • You make continuous learning a priority., • You show up every day ready to be the best version of you and contribute to the team!, • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and other event management software., • Preferred but not required, social media experience
