The Nurse Manager ensures quality care by managing and leading staff to ensure the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times. The Nurse Manager will serve as a clinical educator developing, implementing, evaluating and facilitating clinical education and new hire orientation for RRBH. Ensures that routine nursing care is provided to meet the daily nursing care needs of each patient., • Supervises all nursing staff in relation to patient care including; assessments, re‑assessment and ongoing treatment needs.
