Job Description Job Summary: The Recruiter is responsible for full-cycle recruitment for factory, customer service, distribution center, retail stores, and other key roles. This includes sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding support. The Recruiter ensures an excellent candidate experience while strengthening Lucchese’s talent pipeline, employer brand, and workforce relationships. This position partners with hiring managers, Human Resources, and community organizations to meet hiring targets in a fast-paced, high‑volume environment. Scope of job: The Recruiter plays a critical role in the recruitment and hiring processes and is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring talent to meet the company’s needs. The Recruiter provides administrative support as required for the recruitment and onboarding process, including record-keeping, file maintenance, and HRIS entry (ADP Workforce NOW). Confidentiality and professionalism are required. Duties/Core Responsibilities: 1. Employer Brand & Talent Attraction • Promote Lucchese’s brand and employee value proposition across job postings, events, and digital platforms., • Create compelling job ads and recruitment content for social media, job boards, and community channels., • Represent the company at local job fairs, hiring events, community workforce programs, and educational partnerships., • Maintain high levels of candidate engagement through clear, consistent communication. 2. Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Development • Develop targeted sourcing strategies for manufacturing, distribution center, and customer service positions., • Build and maintain proactive pipelines through networking, research, warm talent pools, and outreach., • Use recruiting tools and technology to track sourcing performance and candidate flow., • Expand local partnerships (schools, workforce groups, military transition programs, etc.) to strengthen talent supply. 3. Screening, Interviewing & Selection • Conduct initial screens to evaluate skills, experience, and culture add., • Administer and interpret assessments or work samples as required., • Coordinate interview logistics and maintain consistent, transparent communication with candidates., • Train hiring managers in interview best practices and talent selection techniques. 4. Hiring, Pre‑Employment, & Onboarding • Stay current in and manage all pre-employment steps, ensuring accuracy and timely completion, • Prepare new-hire files, ADP profiles, and required onboarding documentation., • Partner with Human Resources and hiring leaders to ensure smooth and engaging onboarding experience. 5. Compliance & Confidentiality • Ensure all recruiting activities comply with federal, state, and local employment laws., • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive candidate and employee information., • Uphold professionalism and integrity in all interactions. 6. Recruiting Operations & Human Resources Support • Maintain accurate candidate and requisition records in HRIS (ADP Workforce Now)., • Support Human Resources administrative tasks, file maintenance, and correspondence., • Continuously seek process improvements to enhance hiring speed and quality. 7. Performs All other duties as assigned Required Skills/Abilities: • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English, Spanish, Bi-lingual)., • Strong organizational capability, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills., • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn HRIS tools (ADP Workforce Now)., • Thorough understanding of employment laws and regulations., • Ability to teach/coach and influence hiring managers in effective and complaint hiring, elevating candidate experience. 1. Communicates Effectively: Develops and delivers multi‑mode communications that convey a clear understanding of different audience needs; effective across settings and encourages open dialogue. • Tailors communication for diverse audiences (factory, DC, retail, corporate)., • Ensures clarity, transparency, and positive candidate experience., • Highly influential; resolves misalignment and navigates difficult conversations., • Shapes communication strategies for employer branding and engagement. 3. Collaborates: Builds partnerships and works collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives; establishes trust and cooperation across teams. • Partners effectively with Human Resources, Operations, and hiring leaders to reach hiring targets., • Builds trust and ensure a shared understanding throughout the process., • Drives alignment among competing priorities (shifts, production needs)., • Serves as a connector across departments to solve workforce challenges. 4. Education, Experience, and/or Certifications: • Minimum of 3 years of full cycle recruiting experience, preferably within manufacturing and distribution., • Prolonged periods of walking in a production environment, sitting and working at a computer., • Must be able to lift up-to 30 pounds at times., • Must be able to see, hear, and listen, to effectively communicate., • Must be able to travel (auto and/or airplane) up to 15% of the time. (domestic, overnight travel)
