Key Responsibilities: • Assist students with speech and language impairments, addressing articulation, language, voice, and fluency challenges., • Coordinate services with educational staff, families, and related professionals to maximize student communication potential., • Conduct screenings, testing, and diagnostic evaluations; develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers, parents, and LEA representatives., • Maintain accurate documentation and manage Medicaid billing for eligible students using district-designated billing services., • Supervise speech-language assistants and clinical fellows as appropriate., • Foster continuing professional development and promote effective interpersonal relations., • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology., • Current NC Department of Public Instruction G License in Speech-Language Pathology., • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association preferred., • Experience with ECATS and Infinite Campus systems.
