Key Responsibilities: • Create and guide a Social Services program that truly supports residents and their families., • Build strong, friendly partnerships with teams across the community., • Help new residents find just the right place to call home., • Offer compassionate counseling to residents, families, and staff., • Keep documentation organized and meaningful — future-you will be proud., • Lead or support training that helps our teams grow and shine., • Stay on top of regulations and help keep us in tip-top compliance shape., • Support transitions between levels of care and keep families informed.
