Job Description Customer Service & Operations Support Location: High Point, NC Schedule: Full-time or part-time Reports to: Owner / Operator with a dotted line to the CFO Compensation: $30,000–$60,000, depending on experience What This Job Is This is a hands-on role focused on customer service, order processing, and daily operational tasks. The work is straightforward and important: keeping orders accurate, customers informed, inventory updated, and systems clean. This role is for someone who likes structure, consistency, and getting real work done every day. The company is growing, and this role can grow alongside the evolution of the next chapters ahead. What You’ll Do Customer & Order Support • Enter sales orders and create invoices, • Respond to customer emails and phone calls, • Provide order status updates, • Process customer payments and maintain basic customer records, • Create and send purchase orders, • Track proforma invoices, • Prepare Bills of Lading and related shipping documentation, • Help coordinate incoming shipments and containers, • Enter new inventory items into internal systems, • Maintain inventory accuracy, • Create and update showroom tags, • Assist with website product updates, • Keep files, records, and systems organized, • Follow established processes and ask questions when unclear, • Handle routine administrative tasks as needed, • Support daily operations wherever help is required What We’re Looking For • Reliable, detail-oriented, and organized, • Comfortable working with computers and data entry, • Clear communicator via email and phone, • Able to follow processes and maintain accuracy, • Prior experience with order processing, shipping documentation, or customer service is helpful What This Is Not • Not a management role (yet), • Not a commission-based sales role, • Not a remote role, • Not a strategy or leadership position This role is for someone who takes pride in doing the work others depend on — and doing it with greatness.
