Job Description SERIOUS INQUERIES ONLY MUST HAVE TOBACCO EXPERIENCE A Warehouse Business Developer drives company growth by identifying new sales leads, nurturing client relationships, and analyzing market trends. Key duties include negotiating contracts, managing inventory, ensuring regulatory compliance, and increasing sales volume. Key Responsibilities: -Business Growth & Sales: Generate new business leads through targeted prospecting and maintain a robust sales pipeline. Develop new, profitable relationships while sustaining existing client accounts. -Market Analysis & Strategy: Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry shifts to identify growth opportunities. -Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed established revenue targets. • Product & Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, coordinate with warehousing for efficient distribution, and ensure product availability., • Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all sales and inventory activities comply with federal, state, and local tobacco regulations. -Customer Service & Marketing: Conduct product presentations, provide excellent customer support, and collaborate on marketing campaigns to promote brand awareness. Required Skills & Qualifications: Experience: Proven experience in business development, outside sales, or the tobacco industry. Tools: Proficiency in ERP software (e.g., TurningPoint Systems) and Microsoft Office. Knowledge: Strong understanding of sales techniques, tobacco product knowledge is a must, and regulatory compliance. Interpersonal Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
