Learn more at: experiencediamond.com Role Overview: This is a unique hybrid role combining the strategic client management expertise of an Account Supervisor with the hands-on execution and production skills of an XM Producer. As the first US-based employee, you will be a critical bridge between our clients and our Canadian team, managing client relationships, leading cross-functional teams, and orchestrating the flawless execution of experiential marketing programs. You will own the day-to-day client relationship, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and budgets, while also managing the end-to-end production process, from planning and budgeting to vendor coordination and on-site execution. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong project management skills and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences through creative and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Client Management & Strategic Planning β’ Serve as a strategic advisor and primary point of contact for US clients, understanding their business, industry trends, and competitive landscape., β’ Lead client meetings, develop strategic account plans, and identify growth opportunities., β’ Build deep client relationships with key stakeholders to help the overall growth of our US business., β’ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all work aligns with client objectives, brand standards, and budgets., β’ Manage client expectations proactively and maintain strong, trust-based relationships. Project & Production Management β’ Lead project kick-offs, develop scopes of work, budgets, timelines, and status reports., β’ Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards., β’ Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and oversee logistics including travel, staffing, and on-site support., β’ Oversee financial tracking, reporting, and reconciliation for all projects., β’ Identify risks and develop contingency plans to ensure smooth execution. Team Leadership & Collaboration β’ Act as a key liaison between the US client and Canadian teams, fostering collaboration and communication., β’ Mentor and support junior team members as needed., β’ Drive continuous improvement in processes and client service delivery. Qualifications: Must-Have: β’ 7+ years of marketing experience, including 3-4 years in a client-facing agency role., β’ Proven experience managing integrated marketing projects with a strategic and operational focus., β’ Strong understanding of experiential marketing, production logistics, and vendor management., β’ Proven track record of building deep client relationships, β’ Exceptional organizational, communication, and multitasking skills., β’ Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities., β’ Passion for building brands and delivering creative, results-driven solutions., β’ Valid drivers license and ability to travel up to 50% of the time within the US., β’ Experience working in or with cross-border teams is a plus., β’ Must be able to be present for meetings in Mt.Laurel, NJ at least one time per week. Nice-to-Have: β’ Bilingual skills., β’ Client-side experience, especially with Tier 1 brands or financial institutions., β’ Experience with large-scale consumer-facing experiential campaigns.
