This is a frontend-leaning full-stack role: roughly 70% TypeScript and React and 30% Python and backend work, varying by project. The team's scope includes organization and user management, permissions and SSO, reporting and analytics, self-serve onboarding, our shared design system, and integrations with Google Docs and Word Online through our Chrome extension. Responsibilities • Operate production equipment on the polyurethane line, including loading and unloading materials and performing basic troubleshooting to keep the line running smoothly., • Use small hand tools at a stationary desktop table to repeatedly press white plastic inserts into metal plate tooling on the conveyor line, ensuring each insert is correctly seated for foam injection., • Perform kitting duties by removing used inserts from the metal plates, cleaning both inserts and bases, stacking them on carts, and supplying them back to the production operator for reuse., • Inspect foam earplugs one by one as they exit the curing equipment, checking for correct shape, firmness, and overall quality, and identify products that are too hard, too soft, or otherwise out of specification., • Perform regular weight checks by weighing batches of earplugs (for example, 30 at a time) on a small scale to verify that product weight stays within acceptable deviation., • Assemble flat cardboard into boxes at the end of the line, replace full boxes with empty ones, and maintain a steady flow of packaging materials to support continuous production., • Tape, label, and move full boxes of finished earplugs onto pallets for shipment, typically processing around 60 boxes per shift., • Maintain a clean and organized work area by performing general cleaning tasks and following housekeeping standards throughout the shift., • Follow all safety procedures, including proper use of required personal protective equipment, and promptly report any equipment or quality issues to the appropriate personnel., • Support mandatory overtime requirements as needed to meet production demands, including flexibility to work additional hours beyond the standard schedule.
