Job Description Well known aviation service and supply company with offices in Houston and New Orleans has openings for Inside Sales and Customer Support Representatives. Established since 1985, the company provides analytical testing services, chemicals, and aircraft parts and supplies to regional airlines, corporate flight departments, and general aviation. This position will offer a substantial bonus based on performance and ability to meet goals. Job Summary: Selected candidates will be responsible for sales to the aviation industry in a specific geographical region. The Opportunity We're looking for Independent Executive Search Consultants to join our growing team as 1099 partners. Whether you're an experienced full-desk recruiter ready to go independent, an agency recruiter looking to break free from a W-2 structure, or a corporate recruiting professional ready to transition into search — we want to talk to you. This is a full-desk role. You'll develop client relationships, manage job orders, source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and manage placements. You'll operate under the Augmentis brand with full support — CRM/ATS access, collaboration tools, sourcing partner support, and hands-on mentorship from our Managing Partner. What You'll Do • Develop and manage client relationships across target industries (energy, manufacturing, aerospace, PE-backed companies, and more), • Own the full recruitment lifecycle: job order intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and placement management, • Execute both permanent/direct-hire executive searches and temporary/contract placements, • Maintain real-time activity logs, candidate tracking, and deal progress in our CRM, • Collaborate with Augmentis leadership and sourcing partners on active searches Permanent Placements: • 50% commission on your first three successful placements — designed to get you earning quickly, • Tiered commission accelerators after your third placement, scaling up to 70% based on annual production, • $400 placement commission per contractor placed on assignment, • $15/week per active contractor for the duration of each assignment, • All commissions paid via ACH direct deposit, semi-monthly (1st and 15th), • 12-month candidate ownership rights on candidates you source, • 18-month client ownership rights on clients you originate, • Sourcing partner support available — Independent Sourcing Partners handle candidate research so you can focus on client development and closingWhat You Bring, • Recruiting experience in any capacity — agency, corporate, RPO, or independent search (all levels of experience welcome), • Strong communication skills and a consultative, relationship-driven approach, • Self-motivation and discipline to manage your own pipeline and production, • Willingness to learn and follow a proven methodology (The Augmentis Method), • Reliable internet connection and a professional remote work setup, • Experience recruiting in accounting, finance, procurement, engineering, or operations, • Familiarity with the energy, manufacturing, or aerospace sectors, • An existing book of business or client relationships, • Experience with CRM/ATS platformsWhy Augmentis?, • Autonomy with support — Run your desk your way, backed by 18+ years of industry expertise and infrastructure, • Uncapped earning potential — Commission accelerators reward production, not politics, • Full-desk ownership model — Your clients and candidates are yours, with clear ownership protections, • Boutique culture — You're a partner, not a number.
